Agriculture: Sorrel

Agriculture of  Sorrel. Very close to spinach, sorrel or Rumex L. is a herbaceous plant of the family Polygonaceae, grown in several regions as a vegetable plant. Its leaves are edible and we can see enough in northern Asia, Europe and North America where the plant grows wild.

It will consist in spacing the plants of about forty centimeters. Potted sorrel can also be grown. For this, choose a deep pot and put a mixture of non-calcareous garden soil and compost soil.
